Shipping and returns

Shipping & Delivery Time

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. All packages are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days . Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with a track & trace code so you can track your package.

The Netherlands

  • Free shipping on orders over €100

  • For orders under €100, we charge a fee of €7.95 .

  • For small packages, such as jewelry, we charge a lower amount (this will be displayed during checkout).

Belgium

  • For orders to Belgium we charge a standard amount of € 11.90 .

Germany, Spain, France & Italy

  • For shipments to these countries a standard amount of € 12.25 applies.

United Kingdom

  • For shipping to the UK there is a standard charge of €19.50 .

United States

  • For shipments to the US we charge a standard amount of €31.50 .

Other EU countries

  • For other countries within the EU we use a standard amount of € 20.00 .

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you received or if you want to exchange a product, you have the right to return or exchange the product to attireamsterdam.com.

Conditions:
1. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return items up to 14 days after receipt.

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt at your own expense, provided it meets our return policy and is in the original packaging. Register your return in our return portal and follow the steps below:

Return instructions:

  1. Log in to the return portal with your email address and verification code.
  2. Please indicate which items you wish to return and for what reason.
  3. Complete the returns form you received with your order. Carefully package your order and include the form in your return package.
  4. Print a return label from a carrier of your choice.
  5. Attach the return label securely to the package.
  6. Return the package to the selected carrier.
  7. Track your return using the tracking number. Keep your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

REGISTER RETURN

We will not process the return without a return form.

Returns
Please ensure the item you wish to return still has its original tags attached and, if possible, is in its original packaging. Items that are not accepted:

  • if they have been worn and/or washed;
  • are damaged or if you have attempted to repair the damage yourself;
  • if you have not followed the instructions for use.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning the package by registered mail, so it can be tracked with a track & trace code.

Return and refund processing
Attireamsterdam.com will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, directly to your bank account (if paid via iDEAL) within 14 business days of receiving a returned product in good condition. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the refund to be processed through the payment system.

The above is also valid for SALE purchases.

Complaints

We do our utmost to provide you with fast and efficient service. If you do have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. You can send an email via the contact form or to info@attireamsterdam.com . Describe your complaint in detail and include your order number and purchase date, if applicable. You will receive a response within a few business days (within 7 days at the latest) regarding the handling of your complaint. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee.
